Our Program Overview

All for Kids’ educational tours provide comprehensive and interactive learning experiences to participants from around the world. We act as a one-stop-shop for those who are motivated to learn about Canada’s early childhood education. The participants of the tour have some knowledge or experience in the field of ECE, whether it be students studying education in university or ECE professionals already working at a centre overseas.

The participants will have some knowledge and experience in the ECE field of their country. It is a great opportunitiy to learn about early learning and child care in another country.

What Do I Do as a Participating Centre?

How much commitment you would like to have with us is totally up to you! Some centres commit to 2-3 days for more in-depth tour and include interactive activities, while others prefer quick tour through the centre outside of their programming time. We believe that each centre has something unique to offer that are new and eye-opening to many of our participants. Please let us know what you prefer.
The group will be up to 6 people, and will be with All for Kids staff and translator at all times.

We understand that it takes away your valuable time and resources, and we are happy to discuss compensation.

All for Kids is owned and operated by certified and experienced ECEs with the familiarity of licensing and regulation.

All the participants are interviewed by All for Kids and go through application process before being admitted the educational tour.

Certified ECEs will be in constant communication with the centre to ensure the tour is going smoothly and safely.

Certified ECEs who are fluent in both English and Japanese will accompany the participants at all times.

All the participants participate in our mandatory orientation before the educational tours to be familiar with the licensing and regulation.

All for Kids will have a meeting with the centre before the tour to make sure we know all the rules and restrictions set by the cetre.

Who We Are

All for Kids was created by two passionate Early Childhood Educators who share the common dedication for fostering children’s growth.

After studying in college and working as ECEs, Haruka and Chihiro, both originally from Japan, decided to introduce Canada’s unique early childhood education to those who share the same passion around the world.

What are the responsibilities of All for Kids?

All for Kids is founded by certified ECEs who are familiar with licensing and regulation. The staff are fluent in both English and Japanese and will accompany the participants at all times.

What are the benefits of participating in the program?

By participating in our tour, your centre will have the opportunity to explore Japanese culture brought by our participants. You can inspire young educators-to-be and facilitate a cultural exchange between Canada and Japan.

Who are the participants from Japan?

All for Kids will have participants based on their strong interest and passion for Early Childhood Education. They are either aspiring educators or individuals interested in ECE in Canada.

How long do you plan to stay in our centre?

We are flexible so It is up to your centre. We will connect with you and discuss the details about the tour.

Do we need to pay to participate in the program?

No. We understand that hosting the tour will require your time, so we consider providing compensation for your centre. For more details, please feel free to contact us.
