Collaborate in Our ECE Educational Tours
At All for Kids’ educational tours, we provide interactive learning experiences with the goal to share amazing work that Early Childhood Educators do each and every day.
Owned and operated by two certified ECEs, we provide meaningful and well-thought-out tours while ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
Have unique programs and philosophies
Our participants from Japan would like to learn about Early Childhood Education in Canada. If your centre has a unique program and philosophy, it might be a great fit for our program.
Follow FLIGHT framework
We understand that the FLIGHT framework is a unique approach to enhancing children’s everyday life experiences. Our participants would like to observe each moment of the framework introduced by your centre.
Incorporate human rights, diversity, and inclusion into your programs
We believe that the biggest difference in Early Childhood Education between Canada and Japan is the emphasis on teaching children about human rights, diversity, and how to include people from unique backgrounds. We would like our participants to learn about these aspects and bring this knowledge back to Japan.
Rescpect and teach indigenous values and teachings
In Japan, we have Indigenous peoples living in the northern and southern parts of the country. However, not much about them and their cultures have been taught. Through this educational tour, our participants will witness how to learn from and respect indigenous teachings and values in Ealy Childhood Education.
You can inspire the young educators-to-be!
It is also a great opportunity for your centres to exchange culture between Canada and Japan.
About us
Who We Are
After studying in college and working as ECEs, Haruka and Chihiro, both originally from Japan, decided to introduce Canada’s unique early childhood education to those who share the same passion around the world.
